Neala is the Pform.nz Business Manager. She has completed her Bachelor of Communication Studies, majoring in Television and Screen Production. She is a talented dancer with experience in advanced hip-hop, contemporary, commercial jazz and Kapa Haka.
Neala is also a competent actress, having performed in countless productions, short-films and as a children's entertainer. She has extensive industry knowledge, having worked as a talent agent before joining the Pform HQ. She participated in Pform's NYC tour and performed on 42nd street in 2019.
Neala has plenty of experience with kids of all ages and is passionate about helping children build life-skills. She cultivates a strong learning environment in her classes that focus on education while having fun. She is driven to inspire confidence, self-esteem and a sense of personal achievement through the performing arts. Your kids will just love her fun, uplifting classes.

Too loud and energetic for his own good. Tom will perform Shakespeare at every opportunity he gets (requested or not). He is obsessed with Batman, literature, poetry, classic cinema and never turns down pizza when offered.

Tom is involved in Pform HQ as Pform.nz's Education Manager. His management role is highly social; he oversees our curriculum content and delivery, working with staff, clients, schools and other partners of the company. Tom is an energetic, confident and vibrant educator who can weave his magic with students of all ages and abilities.
His classes are professional, inspiring and fun. In 2007, he graduated from UCOL School of Performing Arts. He holds a Diploma in Speech and Drama Teaching from Trinity-Guildhall College, having completed his ATCL in 2008. His work as a professional actor has seen him travel the country with the Ugly Shakespeare Company, the Wellington Fringe Festival, the Royal performance of Hairy MacLary and London tour of Zoo Boogie New Zealand.

Pearl is a confident individual who LOVES throwing herself into the limelight. She's likely to be found with a coffee cup in hand (no matter the time of day) and rewatching comfort shows on Netflix.

Pearl has always thrown herself into every performance opportunity that has come her way. She has been awarded countless cups and certificates that recognize her talent and dedication to the Arts. Within Pform.nz, Pearl has been a member of our dance troupe and competition squad. Pearl was a dancer on three of our LA and NYC tours, a singer in Glee Club and an actress in our Theatre Companies. Talk about a triple-threat! Pearl has completed her Psychology Degree at AUT, with a minor in Education. As a Pform student, she has completed training in our Junior Leader and Junior Tutor programmes, proving her skill as an educator and performer. Pearl is passionate about giving back to her Pform.nz family, ensuring her students understand that their potential is limitless. In her classes, Pearl expects to see support, creativity, and positive attitudes - and she encourages growth and confidence.

Rose has worked for Pform.nz as both a tutor and a member of the HQ Team since 2016. She began training as a student with Pform.nz at the age of 3, and immediately developed a love of singing and theatre. She was the Tour Manager in charge of our most recent Musical Theatre tour to NYC in 2019 and attended our previous tours to L.A. in 2014 and 2017 as a performer herself. After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) and a Bachelor of Arts (Ancient History) from the University of Auckland, Rose left New Zealand in 2022 to live and work for a podcasting company in Los Angeles, continuing to work for the Pform.nz HQ remotely as she did so. Rose has years of performing arts experience under her belt and is passionate about the inclusive and uplifting culture that Pform.nz is dedicated to fostering. Rose ensures that all her tours and classes are run with the same philosophies in mind.

Gracie is the owner and operator of the Pform.nz Hibiscus | Rodney | Northland Franchise. She is a talented woman in both the performing arts and business arenas. Gracie has an electric personality and can be counted on to always contribute a positive burst of energy.
She has had over 20 years of performance experience and has worked with Touch Compass and Footnote New Zealand Dance. She has taken dance overseas to Macau for the International Youth Dance Festival and to New York for Pform's Broadway Tour in 2019. Early in her career Gracie won best female actress for her role as Mary Warren in 'The Crucible'.
Gracie is an outstanding educator. Her classes are challenging and skill-based so all students can reach their full potential. She says her goal when teaching is to ensure her students feel valued both as an individual and a team member while having a safe space to take risks and try new things. Gracie's class environment is professional but fun - the perfect place to develop strong performance skills while nurturing passion.

Tate is a talented Dancer and Choreographer, we cant wait for you to immerse yourself into one of his lessons. He has experience in multiple dance genres such as Jazz and Contemporary but his passion lies in Hip hop. Tate has competed at both a national and international level throughout NZ, Australia and USA and is a two times silver medalist at the Hip Hop International Dance Competition.
Tate's classes are fun, high energy and he encourages high engagement from all his students. He believes confidence is key and strives to equip his students with the tools to grow their confidence as a performer. Your childs performance skill is going to go from strength to strength in Tate's classes.
Pform.nz member since way back! Talia joined us as a student in 2007 and performed with us for many years. After a bit of term off, Talia has joined us again as part of our tutor team from 2023. Talia is an energetic and passionate person who is often found enjoying the outdoors crystal hunting, fishing and camping.

Talia has a wealth of experience in Dancing, Acting, Directing and Production design. It is easy to say she really loves everything about theatre! Over the years Talia has received awards such as Excellence in Directing, the Britany Allum cup for Production Design and National Certificate in Drama. Talia has also landed numerous lead roles in a varity of stage performances.
Talia's classes are fun, safe and an open space for students to learn, grow and be inspired. Her goal is to connect one on one with each students and help them create positive relationships with those around them so they can thrive in the performing arts. We know your child is going to develop in to an excellent performer under Talia's guidance.
Pform.nz member since 2023! Jisoo is an organized tutor who has well and truly made her mark on the NZ Hip-Hop scene. When Jisoo is not teaching she loves cooking, watching movies and eating way too much chocolate!

Jisoo specializes in street dance with training in Hip-hop, House, Popping and Open Choreography. She has experience in street dance battles, choreography for group performance and video projects so you know your children are going to learn some exciting and dynamic moves with Jisoo. In 2021, Jisoo was a finalist for Kpop Party and Bluprint Competitions. She has also competed at Ko Au and Loose Change Hip Hop Battle with great results.
Jisoo's biggest passion at the moment is having the platform to share dance with people of all ability levels. Her class environment is focused on being interactive, goal driven and designed to build lasting progress through a deep understanding of the learning objectives. Your children's skills are going to sky rocket under Jisoo's guidance.
Pform team since 2024! Kyla is an absolute icon who just LOVES painting, going to the beach, camping and performing! Her guilty pleasures are pretending she's on MasterChef and signing really badly alone in the car!

Kyla is a well established performer with a wealth of dance, drama and musical theatre knowledge.
Shas been dancing for 10+ yrs with Ponsonby School of Dance and has over 6yrs Musical Theatre experience with NYTC and Kids4Drama also.
Kyla's biggest highlights are her time as a backup singer for Brendan Thomas on the X-Factor and assistant directing the premiere season of 'Mongoose: The Musical'
She has a strong teaching pedagogy and just LOVES working with kids. Kyla's classes are inclusive, safe spaces where everyone has the freedom to be themselves.

Starting as a Pform.nz Student herself, Chelsie is well versed in all three performing arts disciplines. With a particular passion for Jazz and Hip Hop dance, Chelsie was one of our founding members of our HBC Dance Troupe- Aquila. She is a talented Choreographer with working being featured in " Dance NZ Made" 2022.
Chelsie is a gentle and caring tutor who builds a learning environment that encourages students to be themselves. Her classes are fun and dynamic, filled with up beat music and are a great place for your child to have creative freedom. We can't wait to see your child build life long skills in her classes.

Danyelle has a wealth of knowledge in the Acting and Voice work industry. Having trained in Accents, Improvisation, Clowning, Shakespeare and many more, you know she is going to quip your child with some amazing skills.
Danyelle believes that for a student to be committed, they need to love what they do in class. She wants all her students to walk away feeling like they have learnt something new and valuable to show and tell. Danyelle's classes will be equal parts challenging and fun, and that the only thing on the other side of that challenge is triumph! Your child is going to thrive under Danyelle's leadership.

Zoe is a passionate and bubbly person who is always ready to welcome you into her classes with a giant smile. Having danced from the age of two and being immersed in drama classes for the past 9 years she has so much love for the performing arts. Zoe has been a cherished member of the pform.nz dance troupes and competition squad, receiving many placements in competitions both locally and abroad.
Zoe creates classes where her students can not wait to attend every week. They are a place for them to find friends and to learn new skills in dance and drama that can be applied to everyday life. Zoe's classes are a place where you will work hard while feeling confident, comfortable and productive. We know your child is going to be grinning ear to ear the whole time!!
Pform member since 2009! Will is the ultimate triple threat. His classes are vibrant and fun and he loves to inspire children to be the best versions of themselves. Will is obsessed with superheroes, animals and anything out of this world.

Will has studied performance since he was 4 years old and has performed in numerous shows over this time. Some of the favourite roles that he has won over the years are Billy Flynn in Chicago; Shrek in Shrek Jnr the Musical; and Beetlejuice in his competitive dance squad competitions. He has grown up around performance and loves to share his passion with children of all ages. He runs fun, energetic classes and loves having a platform to share his passion and skill.

Kelsey is a phenomenal performer with a really strong passion for teaching. She has a wealth of experience in acting; taking workshops, courses, performing in theatre shows, starring in commercials and finally studying drama at uni.
Kelsey also spent time overseas performing monologues to acting agents in LA and nabbed herself 'Actress of the Year' at her final year of high school.
Not only is she a talented actor, Kelsey is also an accomplished cheerleader and coach winning 'Cheerleader of the Year' at the University of Auckland in 2022 and 2023.
It's important to Kelsey to always teach with compassion, understanding and to ensure her students are enjoying themselves.
She creates an environment where students are supported by their tutors and have the skills to co-operate in a team and build connections.

Millie has been with the Pform team for a number of years and has gone on to have numerous performing arts achievements - we couldn't be more proud to see her grow and now have her on the tutor team!
She is a talented dancer with many podium placements at dance competitions across Auckland. She's also a competent actor winning the drama cup in high school and performing in musicals such as Catch me if you Can and Chicago.
Millie's classes are fun but fair with a focus on mutual respect between the students, classmates and the teacher. Understanding the 'why' of each activity and exercise is an important part of Millie's pedagogy.
We are SO excited to have her on the team!

Tioreore is an outstanding professional actor and performer who had her break out role as Kahu in the Taika Waititi film, Hunt for the Wilderpeople (2016).
She has gone on to write and direct her very own solo performance for stage shows and landed another lead role as Rangimai alongside Guy Pearce in the Lee Tamahori directed film The Convert (2024).
She graduated from Toi Whakaari with a Bachelor in Performing Arts and is also an accomplished singer who loves sharing her talents with her students.
Tioreore’s classes are full of life and laughter. She teaches by the motto, "there's no point in being sorry if you are still learning!". It is such a privilage to have her on the team!
Pform team since 2024! Eve is an enthusiastic individual who is obsessed with all things Greek and Roman! You'll catch her jamming out to ABBA, walking her labradoodle Max and indulging in some Duck Island ice cream!

As a quite shy young child, Evie found that the performing arts gave her a newfound confidence in herself and passion in life. She started attending drama classes at Helen O’Grady school of drama at a young age and was quickly captivated by the stage. She soon also developed an interest in Musical Theatre and participated in multiple productions with the National Youth Theatre company.
Evie attended Mount Albert Grammar School for 5 years, in which she was an avid member of the performing arts department. She took drama at an accelerated level all throughout high school, completing NCEA level 3 a year early and going on to participate in the NZQA scholarship exam. She also frequented extra curricular clubs and competitions such as Sheilah Winn Shakespeare and Musical Theatre Club. In her final year, Evie was the Drama Leader at MAGS and a member of the school’s Arts Executive Committee and Drama Committee.
As well as stage performance, Evie has an interest in acting for the screen. She has completed screen acting and accent training courses with LBF actors, an acting agency based in Auckland which she belongs to. In 2023, Evie auditioned for an intensive and Television acting course in New York at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. She was accepted into the course and awarded a scholarship, and completed the program in New York in July of 2023.
Evie’s goal is to create an inclusive and warm environment for students to grow a love of performing arts and find their personal confidence!
Pform team since 2024! Rebecca is an imaginative individual who loves to spend her downtime sewing, crocheting and painting. She's the person you want on your team for quiz night and she'll never turn down a little sweet treat!

Rebecca has always shown a love for the performing arts, when she was young it was a way for her to get some of her hyperactivity out and as she grew older it developed into a deep passion which taught her how to address every day with resilience. Rebecca has been dancing for 18 years and uses dance and choreography as a means to express emotions and deal with difficult situations. She is trained in RAD ballet, TDI jazz and NZAMD contemporary.
Some of Rebecca's dancing highlights include a PACANZ championship, a partnership with breast cancer cure fashion shows and New Zealand fashion week and a partnership with Otago Rugby, leading and performing halftime shows. Rebecca also led the Otago dance association performance troupe which performed nationally.
Rebecca’s field of study lies a bit further out from the performing arts. She is currently undertaking her master's degree in nutrition and dietetics intending to become a registered dietician. However, a part of her love for health care is the opportunities where she gets to work with kids, sometimes making big differences in their well-being. Rebecca is all about supporting a class environment that focuses on inclusivity and mutual respect for all performers. Most importantly Rebecca wants every kid that leaves her class to feel energised and happy after having had a ball of fun!
Pform.nz member since 2024! Parekawa is an enthusiastic performer with a love for young people and the outdoors! In the summer, you’ll most likely find her swimming in the nearest body of water she can find!

Parekawa Finlay has trained in the Whitireia Stage and Screen Acting programme and gained a depth of knowledge in theatre techniques such as Clowning, Mask, Toi M?ori, Shakespeare and Stage Combat.
Her vibrant and enthusiastic approach to performing arts comes from her genuine passion for working with young individuals.
Outside of the performing arts, Parekawa finds joy in activities like strength training, rock-climbing, and always indulging her creative spirit through writing and sketching.
In Parekawa's teaching environment, she wants to see her kids hold themselves with confidence and mana. She believes that her classes hold the space in which every student can strive and with her leadership she will be making sure your children shine their brightest!
Pform member since 2024! Lyrique is a loving tutor with a great passion for performing and music. On her days off, you can find her spending time with her friends and family. Lyrique’s guilty pleasures are iced coffees and the Hamilton sound track.

Lyrique began vocal lessons when she was 4, singing and music has definitely been her passion and where her expertise lies. She has done dancing and acting on and off throughout her life to aid her performing arts. Currently Lyrique is in her second year Studying a degree in performing arts at Te Auaha and she is loving it.
Lyrique also has years of childcare experience working within schools and early childhood centers. In Lyrique's classes the main thing she expect is that everyone has fun! She wants her classes to be a safe and inviting space where everybody feels welcomed and can be their true selves.
She is excited to join her love for working with children with her love of performing.

Georgie, known for her adaptability, brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the performing arts realm. With professional qualifications including the New Zealand Speech Boards Associate Diploma in Speech and Drama Performance, and an Associate of Trinity College London in Musical Theatre, Georgie's journey in the world of performance began at a young age. As a teenager, she showcased her talents in numerous concerts and performances, while also choreographing and composing for large groups. Join Georgie's class, where the focus is on having fun, kindness, and uncovering and utilizing everyone's unique talents. Under her guidance, expect a journey of discovery and growth in the performing arts like no other.

Sam is an experienced performer and has just completed her degree in a Bachelor of Arts in Drama, Media, Film and Television. From a young age Sam has been on stage and telling stories to audiences. She was twice awarded The Wells Cup for Theatre Sports and was also awarded the Brittany Allam Cup for Production Design.
Sam also started off her time at Pform by photographing all our wonderful students on stage at our shows for two years before jumping into a tutor role.
Sam loves kids and strives to create a safe space for them to explore and grow in the performing arts and themselves.
Pform team since 2024! Marise is a bubbly personality who loves to dabble in a bit of photography and enjoys swimming and reading. Her guilty pleasure is listening to Elvis Presley and a cheeky chocolate covered stawberry!

Marise has just graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Majoring in Psychology and Minoring in Dance. She has been dancing in competitions, exams and shows for 12+ years.
Marise has a great love for teaching and inspiring our tamariki to explore their passions within the arts. She has been on her teaching journey for 4 years and has had her own competition crews compete nationally across Aotearoa. Her class environment is focused on inclusivity, self expression, confidence building and most importantly having fun!

I am one of the Tauranga performing arts tutors. I have experience in the acting area as I have acted throughout my whole schooling career as well as growing up dancing.
I am currently in my second year of my primary teaching degree. I have plenty of experiences with kids, as I have grown up baby sitting and currently outside of Pform I am an after-school care leader and an early childhood reliever.
I am passionate about enriching your young ones lives and giving them skills they will remember for a lifetime. Ensuring they have fun, Feel safe and included well doing so. It is important to me that all kids get given the same opportunities and can cater to what the best they can do. To me it is not about who can do something the best as long as they all give it a go with a positive attitude.

With a childhood filled with drama and music, Rosie Leishman has always loved performing. Rosie grew up in Auckland city and attended Diocesan School for Girls for 13 years, before moving up to her home in Matakana and then down to study in Canterbury.
Rosie is passionate about theatre, public speaking and music and has been Speech and Drama teacher for two years. At school Rosie was Arts Prefect, Kapa Haka Leader and head chorister. Alongside her 8 years of classical singing training and playing various other instruments, Rosie studied Speech & Drama with Trinity College for 11 years, completing her ATCL exam with Distinction.
From the young age of 4, Rosie was a member of the National Youth Theatre Company and had lead roles in 14 productions over 14 years ranging from Annie, The Artful Dodger and Peter Pan to Cosette in Les Miserables.
Rosie found a passion for Shakespeare in high school and was a Shakespeare Globe Centre NZ finalist for 4 years. She gained entry to NSSP in 2021 and received various awards including 'Best Emerging Director', 'Best Communication with the Audience' and 'Best Vocal Projection'.
In 2022, Rosie was cast in a feature film shot in Banks Peninsula with Taika Waititi’s production company Piki Films that is set for release next year.
She’s in her third and final year studying Journalism down South at the University of Canterbury, where Rosie is harnessing her skill of communication, writing, talking to people and telling stories.
Rosie's goal is to make sure every student is given the opportunity to find what they love most about performing and encourage them to explore this. She loves inspiring kids to make the most of all the arts can offer and be a part of a special group of students who share a passion for performing and learning. Rosie's classes are a warm and welcoming class environment for every student to develop their communication and confidence skills and have a great time!
Pform team since 2011! Ella is a ray of sunshine who loves dancing along with her friends to Taylor Swift! With a bit of a sweet tooth she'll never turn down some raspberry licorice!

Ella is an accomplished dancer who has competed several times with our Pform.nz troupe at Dance Brandz competitions and has won a variety of categories.
She has been a Pform student since she was 6 years old and lives and breathes performing, your children couldn't be in better hands.
Not only that, she has spent over 6 years training alongside our tutors in our leadership programme, building her pedagogy and inspiring young performers as a Junior Tutor.
Ella believes its important that her students walk out of class having learnt something. These skills will help them not only in the performing arts space, but in all other aspects of life, no matter what career path they choose!
